Holistic Safety and Security Leadership

We provide holistic security risk leadership and management tailored to the realities of humanitarian, human rights, and development organisations.
Our services go beyond compliance and procedures, integrating people-centred risk management, ethical decision-making, and operational context to support organisations working in complex and high-risk environments.
We partner with leadership teams to strengthen governance, crisis and critical incident management, duty of care, and organisational culture, while equipping field offices and individual staff with practical tools, training, and advisory support.
By combining strategic, operational and tactical oversight with situation specific insight, we help organisations (international and local) anticipate risks, respond effectively to incidents, and sustain safe, principled, and impactful operations and humanitarian access.
